I will always be greatful for an overnight breakfast that’s full of healthy ingredients. This one turns into a tapioca like consistency. It’s delicious!
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup vanilla oat milk
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey
blueberries
strawberries
Mash up the banana with a fork until all the lumps are gone and you’re left with banana mush. (You can also blend the banana and milk together if you’re less lazy).
Add the rest of the ingredients, stir, cover, and refrigerate for at least an hour. Enjoy!
