Cheese plate is in our regular rotation for lunches during our e-learning days. Our family favorites are brie, manchego, ricotta and goat cheese. We usually throw in a variety of what we can find in the pantry/fridge – fruits, nuts, jams, hams etc. Let the cheese site out for at least an hour before you eat. Throw it all on a pretty board with a sliced baguette and some dedicated cheese cutters and it feels like a special occasion.
